Our vertical rolling mill, also known as vertical edging mill, is specialized auxiliary rolling equipment matched with bar, wire rod, round bar and rebar hot rolling production lines. Mainly arranged before horizontal mill stands, this vertical edging mill squeezes the two side surfaces of steel billets to accurately control billet width, optimize edge forming effect and keep stable centerline alignment during continuous rolling. Compared with single horizontal rolling stands that cannot restrain lateral spread of billets, our vertical mill applies vertical extrusion on billet edges to lock consistent width dimension.
