Half steel rolling rolls include integral, composite, and sleeve rolling products. It is made by adding alloying elements such as Mo, Cr, Ni, and other trace alloys to high carbon steel, and using special heat treatment processes for manufacturing. It has high wear resistance, strong toughness, and good resistance to hot cracking, with almost no decrease in hardness in the working layer.
