Alloy unbounded cold hard cast iron rollers (roller rings) are distinguished from cold hard cast iron rollers by the presence of small graphite precipitates in their working layer. Graphite is uniformly dispersed throughout the cross-section of the roller body, and its quantity and size increase with depth. The alloy unbounded cold hard cast iron rollers provided by our company, due to the addition of alloy elements such as manganese, chromium, nickel, molybdenum, and the presence of a small amount of small graphite, not only improve the anti stripping, anti hot cracking, and anti wear properties of the rollers, but also have a small hardness drop in the working layer of the roller body. The micro graphite pores on the surface can also improve the biting ability of the rolling mill.
